Beating The Blues

COMCARE, Wichita’s community mental health center, is offering a new, free service to help individuals combat depression. Entitled, Beating The Blues,” the program is an online resource that is proven to help reduce anxiety and depression over a period of eight weeks. You may sign up for the program by calling (316) 660-7618 or online at BeatingThe Blues@sedgwick.gov.
