The United Methodist Urban Ministries program, the Klothes Kloset, has virtually run out of clothes. There are people waiting in line to select clothing, and the only items are what are left on the racks. There’s nothing in the sorting room waiting to go out. The rooms where they store the extra clothing are empty. They, and the community, need YOUR help!

Please pass the word that the Klothes Kloset desperately needs clothing. All kinds of clothing – infants’, children’s, women’s and men’s. Bedding can also be used.

Good, clean gently used clothing can be delivered to 228 Ellis (two blocks west of Hydraulic and two blocks south of Douglas) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon. Come in the double glass doors on the north and down seven short steps to the receiving room.

Try to help a valuable program meet urgent community needs by “Spring cleaning” your clothes closets early.
